Does Limbaugh Speak for the GOP?

All of Rush’s dearest dreams are coming true as the leader of the free world is pushing Rush to even greater prominence by insinuating that he’s the voice of the GOP. Personally, I hope this is proven to be untrue. If Rush is truly speaking for the GOP, then I fear that the future for the Republican Party may be a great deal too much like its past.

I applaud BHO for this good job. Now Rush’s numbers have swollen. Next election he will have another operation chaos. Make hundreds of thousands off idiots selling OC shirts and mugs. and ensure that another socialist or a raving lunatic theocrat like Palin is the GOP nominee. Making silly interviews and calling BHO a terrorist. Ensuring another easy win for BHO and his minion Joe B

Jeez, cable news is vapid. I could only watch a little of it.
I regard Rush Limbaugh as a relic of the 1990s, and that should be what he is universally regarded as. For whatever reason, he maintains a powerful role in politics. If they want to maintain a core constituency, Limbaugh may be a good way to go, but I think the GOP desperately needs a new face.
