I can’t imagine the framers of the Constitution thought the simple wording of the 2nd Amendment would ever be brought into question.
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
Despite what gun-grabbers may tell you, the meaning of these words, “shall not be infringed”, is perfectly clear. Those who fear an armed citizenry should have the intellectual honesty to work to change the words of the 2nd Amendment, instead of assigning non-existent meanings to those words or ignoring them altogether.
When a government betrays the people by amassing too much power and becoming tyrannical, the people have no choice but to exercise their original right of self defense- to fight the government.

Those seeking to abolish the second amendment or institute gun control laws do so solely for the self preservation of frameworks in place to radically change to a tyrannical governement.
