About Us
United Liberty.org Mission Statement
The purpose of United Liberty.org is to lawfully promote peace,
prosperity, and freedom by supporting smaller government, free-market
economics, and individual rights. We hope to unite individuals from
across the ideological and political spectrum to work towards
achieving liberty in our lifetime.
To accomplish this purpose United Liberty.org will work to:
- Create a diverse, vibrant, and growing online community using a variety of social networking tools.
- Provide informative, accurate, and up-to-date news and publications using a mediums, such as but not limited to, articles, blogs, and videos.
- Further the freedom movement outside United Liberty.org by facilitating communication and organization between outside organizations and grassroots members.
- Lawfully facilitate grassroots fundraising for candidates, commitees, organizations, and projects whose agenda is aligned with our purpose.
- Combine and improve upon the methods of the nations top political organizations while still developing new and innovative online tools
United Liberty.org Statement of Principles
We support the following principles:
Smaller Government
We believe the Federal Government should be limited to those functions that are expressly authorized by the Constitution. We believe State Government functions should be limited to preserving the natural rights of the residents of that state.
Free-Market Economics
We believe free markets provide all individuals the best path to prosperity. The United Liberty Alliance firmly supports the reduction of taxes as well as spending, and believes property rights should not be abridged by governments of any level.
Individual Rights
We believe individuals are not granted rights by government or even the Constitution, but rather are born with inherent natural rights. We believe the purpose of government is to secure individual rights, and the purpose of the Constitution is to limit the government to that function.
