The Grinch planning ObamaCare vote on Christmas Eve?
While most families will be out drinking egg nog, celebrating with friends and family or tucking their kids into bed for Christmas, Senate Majority Leader The Grinch Harry Reid may be putting a big lump of coal in taxpayers’ stockings:
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s plan to pass the Senate health care reform bill by Christmas looked increasingly in doubt Wednesday, as Republicans launched an offensive to stall the legislation and Democrats had yet to strike a 60-vote compromise.
Senators privately considered one scenario Wednesday that would have them casting a final vote at 7 p.m. Christmas Eve.

While I’m sure the Obama faithful consider Harry Reid to be one of the Three Wisemen delivering gold, frankincense and myrrh to the Messiah, it doesn’t make this bill any better.
Despite what the president says about bankruptcy without passing ObamaCare, the proposals that have worked through the Congress will do nothing, absolutely nothing to reduce deficit, in fact will increase the cost of health care. The Congressional Budget Office has put a huge question mark on these “savings” by noting that it would all be “subject to substantial uncertainty” because Congress always puts off dealing with tough decisions that come with these boondoogle government-run health care plans, such as Medicaid and Medicare, which is trillions in the red over the long term.
Reid knows he has to deliver by the end of the year or he can forget about it happening in 2010, hopefully his last year in the United States Senate, but trying to sneak one through on Christmas Eve while Americans are celebrating shows the lengths the so-called “most transparent administration in history” will take to put one over on taxpayers.

Geez, Harry Reid’s skin is turning a really unhealthy color. If that’s how he takes care of himself, he really shouldn’t be deciding health care policy for all of us. =P

Christmas season is everywhere. Most people are busy and rushing to mall preparing something for the christmas holiday. While some are facing burden due to effect of foreclosure. People facing foreclosure that are renters, are in a far more vicarious situation, which is why new federal legislation has been enacted that grants them extra protection.
