RedState’s editor endorses Rand Paul

Erick Erickson, editor of RedState, sent out this tweet today:

People keep questioning me so let me make it crystal clear: I, Erick Erickson, do fully and without reservation endorse Rand Paul for KY-SEN

Good news for Rand Paul.

Rand Paul is leading in the polls, and in fundraising.. he is a solid conservative..

GO RAND PAUL!

I think I’m turning dyslexic. I read “Ron” instead of “Rand” and got totally confused.

Anything else come of this. Even though I read some stuff whenever I go there that makes me want to puke, having his endorsement is very good politically. That might be the olive branch where we show Redstate kind of guys that Rand can win and make credible arguements for the issues they might disagree with him on.

I’ve been working on Erick for awhile, trying to get him to come around. He is a work in progress, but this is good news for the movement.
