Jason and Brett were once again joined by Eric Von Haessler on this week’s podcast to discuss:
- Sarah Palin’s speech in Hong Kong and her “libertarianism”
- Continued misuse of “Sneak & Peak” warrants authorized by the PATRIOT Act
- The “progressive” attempt to lump states’ 10th Amendment rights supporters in with “birthers” and “truthers” by labeling them “tenthers”
- The FDA’s ban on flavored cigarettes, where the government is choosing Altria (Philip Morris) and their oligopolistic partners as marketplace winners over smaller boutique producers.
You can download the podcast here (just over 63 minutes/58 MB). The intro music is once again “Silence is Violence” by Aimee Allen.

Who’s the biggest Libertarian in the room. CLASSIC! It’s to the point and a reminder to take a hard look at ourselves. EVH should be the next Junior Senator from Georgia.
You seriously need to set up a podcast feed. Having to go to the site to seek out podcasts whenever they might be posted, download the mp3, and manually sync it to my mp3 player is for the birds. :)
Thanks, NickN.
Steve, we are working on the iTunes thing, but until then, we post them every Monday morning. The 9/11 one was a special edition.
