AGs may file suit over “Cornhusker Kickback”

In case you haven’t heard, several state Attorney Generals are considering legal action over ObamaCare due to deal struck between Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) and Sen. Ben Nelson (D-NE), which may eventually be extended to other states (by incurring more debt, no doubt).
