OWS protester threatens Macy’s with a Molotov Cocktail
Looks like the Occupy movement is becoming increasingly hostile as we are seeing more videos of protesters making violent threats. In the video below via Verum Serum, a protester warns that “in a few days [November 17th] you going to see what a molotov cocktail can do to Macy’s”:
Now, this is only one person (though some around him seem to act appprovingly); however, we are seeing various Occupy movements threaten or use violence as they protest. And no doubt, local officials around the country, including New York City, are concerned about safety with upcoming holiday parades concerned.
If organizers of OWS want to grasp why they are losing control of the narrative and falling out of favor, it’s because everyday Americans don’t like crazy, which from my experience is all that is left of the Occupy Wall Street movement.

“which from my experience all that is left of the Occupy Wall Street movement.”
We’ll assume that’s a very limited experience. Was there a similar post when Teapartiers were showing up to rallies brandishing firearms or were implicit threats too subtle for you?
FIRE SALE at Macy’s!
Crispy BLACK Friday?
It doesn’T take much insight to assess whether this man or others like him represent the views of the occupy movement. At the beginning of the video he has the people’s mic. Everyone is repeating what he says to amplify the message. And the moment his speech turns violent, not a single person repeats what he says (except for his equally violent sounding sycophant). That is the power of the people’s mic: everyone can make their own choice about whether to participate and amplify any particular message. In this case, what we saw was a rejection of calls for violence, plain and simple.
Let’s see…people at the Tea Parties exercising their 2nd amendment rights and carrying weapons to rallies in states that allow people to carry firearms openly and an OWS dude threatening to use a molotov cocktail on a specific day against a private entity. Yeah, that’s the same thing, sure.
