New York Democrat doesn’t know what deficit reduction is

During a recent debate with his Republican opponent, George Phillips, Rep. Maurice Hinchey (D-NY), who recently had a run in with a local reporter, was asked about deficit reduction. Watch the video below, it’s pretty clear he has no idea what he is talking about, and Phillips destroys him over it:
